WELCOME TO The STREETERVILLEBussiness Alliance
Since 1989, The StreetervilleBussiness Alliance has been an organization dedicated to serving the business community in Streeterville. We are a private non-for-profit organization committed to helping our members build their businesses by increasing business visibility in the neighborhood. We strive to connect members to the community through a variety of networking events and meetings. Through the Chamber, our members are not only able to meet other business leaders in the area and promote their services, but they are included in the Chamber’s website, member directory, and our member referral system.
The Chamber works towards developing relationships with its members, as well as strengthening its bonds with other non-profit organizations in the area, in an effort to promote coalition building and partnerships among its businesses. We are continuously seeking to increase the active involvement of our members in the community and are excited to be able to be a part of this vision for the Streeterville community.
A strong Board of Directors, consisting of community business leaders, influence and support the Chamber’s strategies and initiatives. The Chairman of the Board leads the Board of Directors and serves a 2 year term. The Chairman of the Board is assisted by an Executive Committee, which is comprised of Board Committee Chairs representing the organization’s departments and major activities

In 2009, Vance was elected senior class president where he planned his 12th-grade Black and White affair, award ceremony and prom. After orchestrating these events, teachers and parents were astonished with how well he coordinated them.
Vance was continuously asked to plan more events, which grew his passion and love for food and event planning. That passion led him to continue his education at the Art institute of Chicago Culinary School, which led him to establish his own company, Vance Events. Since then Vance Events has established a reputation of amazing catered food and elegant event design.
